Almond Fudge Recipe

This delicious recipe is such a treat. Make sure you store it in the freezer and remove 10 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of almond butter
  • 3 Tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 5 Tbsp of brown rice syrup
  • ¼ cup of toasted walnuts
  • ¼ cup of sugar & dairy free chocolate pieces (chocolate bar cut into pieces or chocolate drops) or 1/4 cup of raisins

Method

Step 1

Mix together the almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, sea salt and rice syrup and stir well.

Step 2

Then place in a small dish lined with parchment paper. Top with the walnuts, chocolate pieces or raisins.

Step 3

Place in the freezer for a an hour until hard.

Step 4

Then cut into pieces and enjoy. Don’t forget to refreeze once you’ve finished and take it out 10 minutes before you want to eat.
