Course Overview

Take a winter break, join us in beautiful South Devon and get yourself ready for Christmas, learning delicious plant based sweet and savoury dishes. 

You will be making lunch and dinner on Saturday and lunch on Sunday.  We include a macrobiotic breakfast on Sunday.  Dishes will include; Mushroom Wellington, Millet and Cranberry Roast, Festive Fruit cake and Orange and Chocolate Torte.

If you live outside Devon, why not make a long weekend of it.  We are close to beautiful South Devon beaches, Dartmoor, Totnes Town and Dartington Hall.  There are wonderful countryside walks and great pubs (such as the ancient Cott Inn in Dartington, the local Church House Inn in Harberton along with the organic Bull Inn in Totnes)

The macrobiotic approach originated in Japan and is dairy- and sugar-free, drawing on Oriental philosophy and ingredients, while valuing the importance of sustainable, local produce.

Timings

Saturday
Arrive 10.00am, Classes 10.30 to 1.00, then 2.30 to 5.00, sharing supper together

Sunday
Breakfast at 9.30, Class 10.30 - 1.00, sharing lunch then finish at 2.30

Fees

£150 per person with a discount for two people booking together (262.50).
