This course will show you how to easily incorporate a range of seaweeds into your everyday meals to boost energy, support the immune system, and strengthen your overall health. You’ll discover delicious recipes, from soups to side dishes, that make sea vegetables approachable and enjoyable.

- Sesame and arame stir fry
- Pear and almond mousse
Week 2 – 18th November
- Hearty black bean soup with irish moss
- Sea salad and millet bean patties
- Butter bean and dulse dip
- Nourishing onion and arame
- Spiced herbal tea with Irish moss
Week 3 – 25th November
- Sea spaghetti pasties
- Polenta chips with ground sea vegetables
- Nori and sesame snacks
- Kelp and sea lettuce crisps
- Passion fruit cheesecake
