Course Overview

A 4 week online course supporting you in making step by step changes in your diet and lifestyle to strengthen your bones.

Over 4 weeks school principal Oliver Cowmeadow will give many easy tips to help you progressively adopt a way of living to support your bone strength.

There are many things you can do to strengthen your bones, whether you are in your 20s or 30s, the ideal time for building bone density to last your lifetime, or whether you are post-menopausal, or are already developing osteopenia or osteoporosis.

You will be guided in making changes:

  • To reduce foods and drinks that block calcium absorption, make the body overly acidic causing calcium to be drawn from the bones, and lack the minerals that the body needs.
  • To cook more of the foods that build bones that contain good amounts of calcium, magnesium, vitamins D, K, adequate protein for building the bone matrix and other essential nutrients.
  • Finding the right kind of daily exercises that can help strengthen your bones.
  • Using targeted supplements to ensure your body is getting plenty of the essential vitamins and minerals.
  • How to make lasting changes in your food and cooking by making your healthy diet tasty and enjoyable to eat every day.
  • How to deal with strong food cravings for the ‘bone robbing’ foods and drinks.

You will receive a booklet of recipes, exercise and lifestyle practices that will continue to guide you once the course has finished.

And a word from Oliver

"I have been seeing increasing numbers of clients with thinning bones over the last years, and have seen people stabilise their bone density, and often gradually rebuild density again. I can highly recommend following a more natural food and lifestyle based approach to thinning bones, which I will be guiding you on in this step by step course."
