Are you experiencing or worried about developing osteoporosis?
Would you like to help strengthen your bones through your daily food and lifestyle?
This cooking class will show you what foods to eat and not to eat to build strong bones, and show some soup and main course recipes and special condiments you can easily make at home.
What you will learn:
- How to eat an alkalizing diet for greater bone health
- How to get all the bone building nutrients you need from a balanced and varied plant-based diet
- Specific foods to avoid – the ‘bone robbers’ and what to eat instead
- Recipes to support your bones
You will also receive a recording of a 1 hour webinar that Oliver gave on ‘How to Build Strong Bones’
Who this is for:
- Any post-menopausal woman wanting to have strong bones and minimise the chances of getting osteoporosis.
- Anyone already with osteopenia or osteoporosis wanting to prevent further bone loss and rebuild bone density.
- Also younger women who want to strengthen their bones to give greater protection later in life.
