If you’ve ever wondered what should I be eating for my body right now? — this course will show you how to answer that question with confidence.
Over five relaxed and practical online sessions, you’ll learn how to use food to rebalance your body, support your organs, improve energy, and reduce recurring health issues — using the powerful framework of Five Element theory from traditional Asian medicine.

What is Five Element Cooking?
Five Element theory recognises five energetic states in nature:
- Water (winter)
- Tree (spring)
- Fire (summer)
- Earth (harvest time)
- Metal (autumn)
Each element relates to:
- A pair of organs
- Emotional and mental patterns
- Physical tendencies and symptoms
- A seasonal energy
When one element becomes out of balance, symptoms appear — fatigue, digestive issues, irritability, anxiety, poor immunity, sleep disruption, and more. Learning to recognise which element needs support allows you to cook in a way that gently restores balance.
How the Course Works
Each session (2.5 hours) includes:
1 The theory: understanding your health (45 minutes)
You’ll learn:
- Signs of imbalance in that week’s element
- How it affects physical, emotional and mental health
- The foods and flavours that restore harmony
2 Guided Cooking Session (1 3/4 hours)
Together we’ll cook a complete meal designed to support that element. You’ll:
- Build practical skills
- Understand why each ingredient is used
- Ask questions live
- Gain confidence adapting meals to your own needs
You can either cook along in your own kitchen in real time, or cook with the video recording we send you later.
What You’ll Gain
By the end of the five weeks, you will:
