Courses Overview

Treat yourself and your loved ones to delicious seasonal and nutritious packed meals and treats in 9 classes with Lara; all recorded.

Lara's cooking is truly delicious so taking her three classes of seasonal and nutritional cooking will help you and your loved ones feel very nourished as we head into winter months.  All her classes  are on Tuesday evenings from 7-9pm UK time and are recorded should some of the dates be difficult or if you simply wish to watch them again as you cook later.

Seasonal Desserts is the first in the series from 14th October to 28th, with treats such as Hazelnut and almond tart, Cinnamon carrot cake with cashew cream topping and Apple and blackberry slice.  Please click on the link to see all of the dishes baked.

Sea Vegetables course runs from November 11th to 25th.  Lara brings some tasty and imaginative ways of incorporating these mineral rich and highly nutritious foods, so often forgotten in the western diet.  Dishes include; Hearty black bean soup with irish moss, Kelp and sea lettuce crisps and Passion fruit cheesecake.

Festive Cooking, the last of the three is from December 2nd to 16th.  Healthy and very tasty treats for the festive season, such as;  Cauliflower, chestnut and thyme soup, Mushroom wellington and Chocolate and organge torte.
