Feel Good Fridays is a new series of small-group, hands-on cooking classes designed to nourish your body, inspire your cooking, and leave you feeling confident in the kitchen. Hosted at The Holistic Health Kitchen at the beautiful Murtwell House, these Friday workshops run approximately every six weeks and are led by Lara Holmes, an exceptional chef and teacher known for her clear guidance, creativity, and deep understanding of wholesome food.Each class focuses on a specific theme, giving you practical skills, recipe inspiration, and plenty of time to cook, taste, and ask questions.
